Tour Plan
Day 1:
- Arrive at Guwahati Airport.
- Depart for Cherrapunji.
- Enjoy North East delicacies at a restaurant en route.
- Admire the evergreen forests of Dympep Valley.
- Arrive in Cherrapunji by evening and check into the hotel.
- Enjoy dinner and rest for the night.
Day 2:
- Have an early morning breakfast at Cherrapunji.
- Explore Mawsmai Caves and admire their grandeur.
- Visit the Nohkalikai Falls, the tallest plunge waterfall in India.
- Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3:
- Post breakfast and check out, start your journey towards another Meghalayan wonder.
- Have lunch at Mawlynnong, the cleanest village in India, and experience its unique culture.
- Visit Dawki River for a boating experience in one of the cleanest rivers.
- Check in at the camps at Shnongpdeng.
- Enjoy dinner and sleep overnight under the stars.
DAy 4:
- Get up early to enjoy the beautiful sunrise.
- After breakfast and some leisure time, depart for Krang Suri Waterfalls.
- Take a dip in the pond at Krang Suri and relax at this mythological-like location.
- Continue your journey to Shillong, enjoying the scenic drive through misty mountains and forests.
- Explore café options in the Laitumkharah region of Shillong.
- Go shopping in the famous Police Bazaar.
- Spend quality time with the group at a lake.
- Return to the hotel and sleep overnight after dinner.
Day 5:
- After breakfast, visit Umiam Lake, surrounded by lush green East Khasi hills.
- Next, explore the Don Bosco Museum and Shillong View Point.
3. In the evening, visit some of the famous Shillong cafés for delicious food and live local music
Day 6:
- After an early breakfast, visit Laitum Grand Canyon.
- Depart for Guwahati, driving through mesmerizing landscapes.
- Arrive at Guwahati Airport to catch your flight back.
- Return home with a suitcase full of amazing memories and experiences.
