Tour Plan

Day 1:

  1. Arrive at Hanoi, the capital city of Vietnam.
  2. Meet your local tour guide and transfer downtown to your hotel.
  3. Check in to your hotel and freshen up.
  4. In the afternoon, visit Ba Dinh Square – the biggest square in Hanoi, where significant cultural and political events occur.
  5. Start the visit at the Complex of Ho Chi Minh, including Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (viewed from outside only, as it closes in the afternoon), Ho Chi Minh’s house-on-stilts, his pond, and the One-Pillar Pagoda.
  6. After visiting the complex, proceed to the Temple of Literature, considered the first university of Vietnam.

Day 2:

  1. Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and then check out.
  2. Depart at 9 AM and head east for a 3-hour drive to Halong Bay, passing through the Red River Delta, green paddy fields, and rural villages.
  3. Upon arrival at Halong Bay, check into the overnight cruise.
  4. Witness the beauty of Halong Bay, a Natural World Heritage site designated by UNESCO.
  5. Enjoy lunch on board and visit the grottos, with options for swimming or kayaking.
  6. Pass by floating houses and islets to admire their beauty.
  7. Attend a cooking demonstration before dinner on the cruise.
  8. Spend the evening at leisure or participate in activities on the cruise.
  9. Enjoy an overnight stay on the cruise.

Day 3:

  1. Rise early to witness the mesmerizing sunrise over the islets of the Bay.
  2. Enjoy breakfast on the boat before continuing the cruise.
  3. Marvel at the unique islets, including Sail Island, Fisherman's Head Rock, Buttery Rock, and Turtle Islet.
  4. Check out of your room and have brunch on board while the cruise returns to the pier.
  5. Disembark from the cruise and transfer back to Hanoi.
  6. Check in to your hotel and enjoy some leisure time.
  7. Overnight stay in Hanoi.

Day 4:

  1. Start your day with breakfast at your hotel and check out.
  2. You will be transferred to the airport with a driver only (no guide) to board your flight to Danang.
  3. Reach Danang and meet the local tour guide; check in at your hotel by the beach (check-in time is 14:00-15:00).
  4. Spend your afternoon exploring various attractions of Hoi An Town.
  5. Go for a nice walk over the tile-roofed Japanese Bridge and visit the Chinese Assembly Halls.
  6. Enjoy the beauty of ancient houses and listen to folk music of Central Vietnam at old clubhouses.
  7. Go shopping at shrines or stroll through the market located by the Thu Bon River, experiencing the artistic charm of Hoi An.
  8. Shop for lanterns, soft silk, raw silk, or get your clothes tailored within a day in Hoi An.

Day 5:

  1. Start the day with breakfast at the hotel.
  2. Drive to Ba Na Hill, one of the most spectacular landscapes of Danang City.
  3. Enjoy the cable car ride to the summit of the mountain, which is 1,487 m above sea level.
  4. Check out Ba Na Hill's attractions, including the Funicular, Debay Ancient Wine Cellar, Le Jardin D’Amour, Linh Ung Pagoda, and the Thich Ca Buddhist statue.
  5. Spend the afternoon enjoying activities and games in Fantasy Park.
  6. Walk to the summit of the mountain, which is the highest point of Ba Na Mountain at 1,487 m.
  7. Visit the Bell Tower, Nghinh Phong Tower, and Golden Bridge to take beautiful photos of the mountain and Da Nang city.
  8. Take the cable car ride back to the foothill and then return to the hotel.
  9. Overnight stay in Danang.

Day 6:

  1. After breakfast, check out from the hotel.
  2. You’ll be transferred to the airport (without a guide) for your flight to Ho Chi Minh City, also known as Saigon, which is the most dynamic city in Vietnam.
  3. Fly to Saigon and meet your local tour guide, who will transfer you to the downtown area.
  4. Check into your hotel and freshen up.
  5. Start the city tour at the War Remnants Museum, one of the historical attractions in Saigon.
  6. Learn about the struggles of the Vietnamese people for freedom and peace, along with the local perspective of the Vietnam War.

Day 7:

  1. We will have breakfast in the morning and then check out from the hotel.
  2. Head towards My Tho, the homeland of coconut and family factories producing local products like coconut candy and rice paper.
  3. Witness the amazing life of the locals as we cruise along the banks of the mighty Mekong River.
  4. On the way, visit an island in the area to enjoy fresh tropical fruits served in the heart of the lush garden, accompanied by traditional southern Vietnamese folk music.
  5. Explore the small canals shaded by coconut trees, using small boats typically employed by locals to visit the factories.
  6. Stroll through the garden and watch locals produce coconut candy milk and feed the honeybees. Don't forget to try the popular honey tea.

Day 8:

  1. After breakfast at the hotel, drive towards the Cu Chi Tunnels.
  2. Arrive at Cu Chi Tunnels, a historic network of 200 km of tunnels operational during the height of the Vietnam War.
  3. Learn about the tunnels, which served various functions, including trap doors, storage facilities, weapon factories, field hospitals, command centers, and kitchens.
  4. Watch a short introductory video about how the tunnels were constructed and have the opportunity to crawl into a short section of the tunnels to experience their oppressive narrowness and heat.
  5. After the tunnel visit, stop for lunch at a local restaurant.
  6. Return to Saigon, where the afternoon is free for leisure, shopping, and personal sightseeing.
  7. Overnight stay in Saigon.

Day 9:

  1. Have breakfast at the hotel and enjoy some leisure time
  2. Check out and transfer to the airport(without guide) and y back home
